8am Ash Wednesday Service
Lent begins on Wednesday 6th March with our Ash Wednesday Service at 8am. A time when we remember we’re all finite and made of dust and to dust we will return. All welcome for a brief 45 minute service where we get marked with an ash cross on our forehead or hand.
Shrove Tuesday Pancake Party
Join us on Tuesday 5th March in the Church courtyard from 3:45pm for a BBQ pancake party. Shrove comes from the word ‘shrive’ meaning ‘to confess and receive absolution’ and was intended to be a time of repentance and self-examination in preparation for Easter.
IN, UP, OUT: God and the Church
Join us for a three part series examining the foundation, heartbeat and purpose of Christian community in the gracious acts of God. Each week we will take a different movement (IN, UP, OUT) and explore how God’s surprising good news shapes the contours of our common life.
