Hear Romand Coles recently moved from Northern Arizona in the US to join the Institute for Social Justice at Australian Catholic University

Some 500 or so locals joined us for a huge array of fun festivities and spooky activities at our huge annual Halloween celebrations on Saturday the 29th of October.

In July my family had the privilege of being hosted ‘on country’ by an Aboriginal traditional owner east of Alice Springs.

‘They cannot take away my smile!’ These were the astonishing words uttered by Aziz, a Bedouin man, who graciously shared his story with me.
