For All Hallows Eve we will be doing spooky photos, we will have lollies and mandarins to hand out, stories, craft and a sausage sizzle to welcome our neighbours.
Wondering why we mark Halloween with the community?
Halloween is the eve of All Saints Day (All Hallows Eve), the traditional time when we remember the dead, especially the great examples of faith, hope and love who have gone before us. It is a chance to consider our mortality, to remember that genuine evils exist, and to listen to the Living One who says to us “fear not”, from the far side of death.
