Sunday 8th May, 3pm – Yummy Fun –A chance for kids to explore the wonders of the garden and to recognise our dependence on the earth, sun, and rain in producing the things we eat. We will investigate what the church site is growing, create some interesting edible concoctions and make our own take home gardens.
We’ve now had 2 Workshops: BUZZY FUN – A chance for kids and adults to wonder about the world of bees, meeting a real life beekeeper, seeing how a bee hive works, and tasting honey fresh from the hive.
MUDDY FUN – playing with earthworms and planting your own plants.
These have been great community times of gathering and wondering together about our amazing world. We’ve loved welcoming kids and families on to our site!
The next workshop is: Yummy Fun – pick fresh fruit and veggies and make delicious drinks and snacks – Sunday 8th May, 3pm
Join as a one-off or for the whole program! $5 per head, each child will construct a special take home present and must be accompanied by an adult. Info:phil@paddington.church
